Coventry & Oxford Canal Exhibition @ the Herbert Gallery

From 26 June until 30 August, the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum will welcome its new FREE exhibition An Inland Voyage: Life on the Coventry and Oxford Canals displaying a snapshot of local heritage through photography from years gone by.



An Inland Voyage reveals the remarkable photographic archive of Coventry factory worker, Robert Longden. During the late 1940s and early 1950s he documented an intimate history of a working life now long gone.
